How do I package and send my item(s)?

**Send all inclusions in a small, padded bubble mailer - be sure to double bag everything & put your name on the bag/container. **

If you send it through USPS, you can track the package, and shipping is roughly $1 - $4)

Breastmilk: Please sent 10ML (NOT ounces) of breastmilk, thawed and double bagged.  You can send this in breastmilk storage bags, syringes, milk storage cups, etc.)  Breastmilk does not need to be cold or frozen when shipped - it needs to be thawed and at room temperature prior to shipping.  Milk can be fresh, old, expired etc. - as long as it is not molded, I can use it. 

Ashes: Please send roughly 1 TSP of ashes sent in a ziplock bag or a container with a screw top/lid.

Hair: Send 15 - 25 hairs in a sealed bag (ex: ziplock bag).  If possible, please tie a rubber band around the hair to help keep it together.

Flowers: Send 2-3 fully dried petals in a sealed container/bag.

Will my stone(s) turn yellow over time?

With proper care, your stones should last forever.  However, not following proper care instructions could damage the stone.

 

Will the jewelry setting tarnish or turn my finger green?

Depending on the jewelry setting you choose, the setting may tarnish over time.  Jewelry is offered in 14k and 925 Sterling Silver.  Sterling Silver will tarnish over time; however a cleaning cloth is provided, and this can be used to polish the silver.  Sterling Silver will not turn your fingers green.

 

What if I do not know my ring size?

You can order a free ring sizer from the link below.  Instructions on how to use the sizer will come with the product.

What is the refund/cancelation policy?

All sales are final; no refunds will be issued once a deposit/sale is made.  Once the order is placed, it is your responsibility to send in all needed inclusions for your pieces.  Failure to send in your inclusions after one year will result in your order being marked as "fulfilled."
